Roxana G. Kelly of Smyrna, departed this life Dec. 4, 2009, at home. She was 84.
Viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 8, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover. Services will be noon Thursday, Dec. 10, at Union Baptist Church, 805 Newfield Ave., Stamford, Conn., where friends may view one hour prior. Burial will be Friday, Dec. 11, in Sharon Hill Memorial Park in Dover, DE.
