Friends of the late Marian E. Homan, 81, of Dover, may call on the family at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 21 at the Trinity Wesleyan Church, 1564 S. State St., Dover, where services will be at noon by Pastor John Davis.
Mrs. Homan died Friday, Jan. 15, 2010, at the Silver Lake Nursing Home, Dover.
Born March 10, 1928, in Philadelphia, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William and Julia Muller.
Mrs. Homan was member of Trinity Wesleyan Church and a Sunday school teacher at the Church of Nazarene.
She was a loving wife and mother to her family, who also enjoyed cats.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert W. Homan in June 1993.
Mrs. Homan is survived by a son, Jeffrey G. Homan of Bear; a daughter and son-in-law, Pamela J. and Bob Smith of Wilmington; her goddaughter, Marian Wilson of Pennsylvania; a brother, Al Muller of Kentucky; and two grandchildren, Taylor Smith and Julia Smith.
Interment will be at Sharon Hills Memorial Park in Dover, DE.,
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mrs. Homan's name may be sent to the Trinity Wesleyan Church, 1564 S. State St., Dover, DE 19901.
