Harrington, DE
Wallace E. Dunsmore Sr., age 84, died of natural causes Saturday, Jan. 16, at the DE Hospice Center in Milford. He was born in Newark to parents Roy and Mary Dunsmore.
Mr. Dunsmore was an Army Veteran of World War II. He was a production supervisor for the Chrysler Plan in Newark for 30 years, retiring in 1982.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Evelyn M. Dunsmore; one son, Wallace Dunsmore Jr. and his wife Gloria of Milford; two daughters, Lisa Green of Harrington, and Mary Dufresne and her husband Jim of Harrington; three grandchildren, David Tallent whom they raised, Dawn Bailey, and Wallace Dunsmore III.
Service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 20, at Price Funeral Home, 6 Dorman Street in Harrington, where friends may call one hour prior. Internment will be at Sharon Hills Memorial Park in Dover, DE.
