James Medford Baxter of Dover, Delaware, passed away Wednesday January 13, 2010 at home. He was 52.
Mr. Baxter was born December 12, 1957 in Dover, Delaware the son of Jane McNatt Wright of Harrington, Delaware and the late Medford Baxter.
James enjoyed working with and dabbling in electronics. He worked as an electronics technician for the Delaware State Police for several years where he received a letter of recognition for his creativity with electronic applications that were directly used in the radios of the police squad cars.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Ginny Comer and her husband William of Harrington.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at 11:00 am at Sharon Hills Memorial Park in Dover, Delaware.
